Disappointing. She suggested we replace a lot of fixings at great cost. Instead, we were able to get someone else to fix the problems at a much more reasonable price.

Despite not being urgent the TD was prompt & spot on time. His advice was practical , & helpful. Workmanship was excellent & fixed the problem. No call out fee was an added bonus. Highly recommended

Plumber set up 9am appointment, then at 9 called he's gonna be half an hour and I called after 30 mins he said he couldn't make it. Wasting my time and ruined my whole day plan.

I thought we got great service for a good price on our water heater, but didnt realise until months later that they had taken or lost the access door and now the pilot light keeps going out and now i have to buy the part. Careless for 'professionals'.

Not a pleasant experience with them. The best analogy for what they did is going to a doctor with a foot ache and the doctor amputating the foot as a cure. They did not provide me with the appropriate service for my plumbing issue, which will now continue in the future. Also, they were not upfront with the cost, which was significant for what the issue was. When I called to express my disappointment with what they did, my concern was not listened to by the area manager, who was more interested in supporting his plumber. Terrible customer service all around is an understatement. For future customers, find another plumber who will actually give you the appropriate fix that you need for your plumbing issue.

Disappointing, I called and asked for them to come and fix my hot water system. initially he said if you change the shower head you will get a better shower and the temperature will be a little warmer. However, later he said there was a bigger issue and tell me to pay 150 for him to inspect what was wrong. at the end he told me to change hot water unit, since there was no other issues. I would not use their service again and would not recommend them for anyone.

I have had Tap Doctor out twice to fix a blocked drain and also a burst pipe. Both times he was efficient and solved the problem in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself both times too. I will definitley use them again.
